2 parts to this one I have Never used and never will as it is a bit noobish.

Ok runes again.. You can make good runes? Cuase ur not a member? Then how you get laws without buying 1k ea! (Lol they seem over priced when you do this)

Ok outside varrock there are dark wizs. Lvl 7 and lvl 20

Level 7s are only hostile to lvl 10 and below but the cocky lvl 20s take on up to level 45s.

Ok heres how i see the wizs drop runes:
Lvl 7s:
Air runes - Common
Mind - Medium
Water - Very Common
Fire - Medium
Earth - Rare
Nature - Very rare

Lvl 20s wizs:
Air runes - Common
Mind - Common
Water - Medium
Fire - Common
Earth -Very common
Nature - Rare
Chaos - Very Rare
Deaths - Ultra Rare
Laws - Rare

So you can use this methord to get load sof runes and money but th wizs to drop other stuff including:
Staff
Black Hats
Coins
Bones (Duh)
